Position: Head HR Delivery CHI

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Head HR Delivery CHI to lead and govern the global HR delivery framework supporting approximately 3,500 employees across the Capsules & Health Ingredients (CHI) business. This role will drive HR operational excellence across payroll, benefits, global mobility, onboarding, time management, vendor governance, and HR service delivery processes.

Working closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and external partners, you will ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable HR services while enhancing employee experience and supporting organizational growth. This is a strategic and operational leadership role that combines governance, project management, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management in a global environment

What you will do

• Lead the design, governance, and execution of the global HR Delivery strategy across the CHI business.
• Drive operational excellence by continuously improving HR processes, policies, service standards, and controls.
• Govern global payroll operations, including vendor performance management, compliance oversight, risk mitigation, and process optimization.
• Manage and enhance the global mobility program, including international assignments, relocations, immigration coordination, and mobility vendor management.
• Oversee global benefits administration, vendor governance, benchmarking initiatives, and harmonization opportunities.
• Lead onboarding and employee lifecycle processes to deliver a seamless employee experience across regions.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers across payroll, benefits, mobility, and HR operations
• Manage the ongoing HR Transition Services Agreement (TSA) relationship with Lonza, ensuring effective governance of payroll, HR operations, benefits, mobility, and other HR services, while driving service continuity, compliance, operational readiness, and successful transition to future-state delivery models.

What we are looking for

• 5-10 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, Onboarding, Global Mobility, Benefits Administration, and Payroll. MBA or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience can be from any industry; however, candidates from the IT or Banking sectors will be preferred.
• Strong expertise in HR Operations and Service Delivery Excellence within a global environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing HR programs, projects, and service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Proven capability in vendor governance and stakeholder management across payroll, benefits, mobility, and HR shared services.
• Strong knowledge of global mobility programs, benefits administration, compliance, and workforce administration.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, policies, controls, and risk management processes.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
