E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a All Source Analyst (Microelectronics) to join our team in Alexandria, VA in support of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI). DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition official.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research, produce, and disseminate strategic-level all-source intelligence assessments evaluating foreign microelectronics and weapon systems across their lifecycle, focusing on threat developments,
- Provide high-consequence intelligence production and briefing support under high-pressure conditions to address dynamic regional requirements for warfighters and national leadership.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of all-source tradecraft, microelectronics supply chain/technology trends, and IC publication standards to deliver rigorous, actionable assessments.
- Serve as a subject matter authority on regional dynamics and technical microelectronics analysis to guide, train, and mentor analysts in tradecraft and communication.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+years of equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments?
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings?
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the appropriate level
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with?defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.?
- Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards?
- Knowledge of the CENTCOM?AOR?
- Knowledge of Microelectronics
