Description
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will support warehouse and shipping operations by coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, scheduling shipments, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring timely communication between production, transportation, carriers, and warehouse teams. You will help optimize material flow, monitor inventory transactions, resolve discrepancies, and support daily warehouse operations while maintaining accurate records and exceptional customer service.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Create inbound deliveries for production.
- Analyze and evaluate production schedules.
- Communicate with production managers, team leads, and supply planning teams.
- Monitor transfer ribbon and handling unit inventory.
- Select outbound shipments from reports and adjust dates as needed to align with inbound production deliveries.
- Review outbound order loading opportunities within the system.
- Print loading and shipping documentation.
- Reconcile inbound delivery packets.
- Collect and account for unused handling units and resolve missed scan issues.
- Partner with inventory control specialists and warehouse team leads to locate unscanned handling units.
- Run inventory and delivery monitoring reports to verify inventory accuracy and delivery completion.
- Schedule outbound shipments and occasional inbound deliveries.
- Monitor shipment requests and confirm pickup appointments.
- Verify inventory availability and shipping materials.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain pallet and animal feed bin inventory.
- Coordinate dock schedules and loading capacity with warehouse teams.
- Follow up on late or missed carrier appointments.
- Maintain positive relationships with carriers and customers.
- Resolve transportation and shipment issues with customer service representatives, deployers, and transportation planners.
- Send daily updates to carriers regarding preloaded trailers.
- Order rail cars based on operational needs and loading capacity.
- Relay relevant operational information to supervisors and warehouse management.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of warehouse experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience maintaining inventory records, reconciling discrepancies, tracking inventory transactions, and organizing inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements

Compensation
Pay Range:$44,000-$57,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
