For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with a certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) considered a strong plus.
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing Agile teams in the software development field, preferably within the payments or financial services industry, backed by a strong grasp of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices in complex environments.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities, paired with strong communication and interpersonal skills that let you build relationships and influence and motivate stakeholders at every level.
- Experience working in an international environment, with the ability to manage virtual teams across different time zones and travel abroad for short periods when required.
- A problem-solving mindset, able to navigate complex challenges while keeping the team's success front and center.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (B2).
- Availability for hybrid work based in Porto, with 2 days per week on-site (flexible) (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
