The Product Assurance Specialist will ensure products/systems/components are tested according to test protocols established. Develop and implement standards and test methods to ensure performance and quality. Create testing process flow chart specific to each operation, giving each operation its own test procedure and its maintenance in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Evaluates the test results, creates, and delivers the test reports.

Leading quality control, inspection, and testing activities to ensure product compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards.
Developing and implementing quality control strategies, inspection plans, sampling methods, and acceptance criteria.
Managing and mentoring a team of quality professionals, providing training, guidance, and performance support.
Promoting a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to HSE standards, testing protocols, and risk mitigation practices.
Establishing and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation to reduce process risks and ensure compliance.
Defining and executing product, system, and component testing methods, procedures, and test plans in accordance with applicable standards.
Calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
Conducting failure analysis investigations, determine root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Analyzing quality and process data, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Continuous Improvement teams to enhance operational performance.
Your Background
Degree in Engineering.
Experience in High voltage electrical testing.
Lean Six Sigma, preferred.
Regulatory Requirements Knowledge (e.g. IEC and IEEE standards).
Knowledge of HSE Operating System Std. and Electrical Safety Standards.
Experience of Product and Process Control Plans and Measurement System Analysis.
Process Design and Optimization (Capability Analysis, SPC, CtQ, Poke, Yoke, SOP etc.)
Specific Failure Analysis Techniques (e.g. Partial Discharge, SEM etc.)
Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA)
Technical Drawing Interpretation.
