Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Clinic Nurse, you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives.Every day, you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns.To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.
- Performs routine physical/psychosocial assessment to collect basic data, follows the written plan of care, standards, practice guidelines and utilizes pathways
- Formulates a plan of care for individual needs, including cultural/ethical/spiritual needs. Participates in the planning of routine transitional health care needs which includes treatment options and patient placement options
- Adapts planned educational programs and information to individual patients and family by modifying teaching strategies or content. Integrates education during the delivery of patient care
- Ensures efficiency in the delivery of care to determine immediate priorities and to offer solutions for problems
- Makes independent clinical decisions based on knowledge drawn from education and experience
- Actively advocates for patient rights and identifies potential conflict. Seeks counsel for resolution of conflict

- Associate Of Arts Nursing
- Recent (in past two years) Outpatient Clinic Experience
- Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
Preferred
- Bachelors Of Science Nursing and Wound Care experience, upon hire
