Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Manager located in Guadalajara North.

Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager, the Equipment Maintenance Manager’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Directs daily department activities to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs.

• Establishes preventative maintenance schedules. 

• Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.

• Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and workforce resource requirements.

• Directs activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements. 

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Advanced English.

• Bachelor Degree.

• Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations.  Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function. 

• Administer safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.

• Generates maintenance logs and other operations metrics.
