Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as a key support partner for office operations, workplace services, and leadership support functions. This role coordinates office logistics, meeting and event planning, administrative processes, onboarding activities, vendor interactions, and day-to-day operational support to ensure a positive employee and leadership experience.
An ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and can effectively balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on operational support. This individual thrives on solving problems, coordinating multiple activities, and creating exceptional workplace experience for employees and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meeting logistics, room reservations, and office events
- Support catering requests, training sessions, and employee activities
- Assist with employee onboarding and workplace setup needs
- Manage administrative and system-based operational tasks
- Partner with vendors, building management, executive leaders and internal stakeholders
- Provide responsive support for workplace and facility-related requests
- Maintain a high level of customer service for employees and leaders
- Support office operations in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Additional task as requested
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four years or more of operations services related work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Administrative, office operations, facilities, workplace services, or related experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt quickly
- Professional presence and confidence working with senior leaders
- Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation
- Strong PC skills
- Physical requirements could include lifting, pushing, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions
- Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and enterprise wide
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S Bank Location five (5) days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
