About the Position

Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation, portioning, plating, and serving meals to residents.
- Deliver meals and beverages according to residents’ dietary needs and prescribed diets.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines.
- Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals.
- Ensure residents receive meals according to facility procedures and dietary requirements.
- Work collaboratively with dietary staff and other departments to promote resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous dietary or food service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and food safety procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and respectful attitude when interacting with residents.
