Role Summary
The Manager, Group Leasing Administration oversees lease administration operations, ensuring lease compliance, financial accuracy, and smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders. This role involves supporting digitalization, system optimization, lease documentation management, and financial reconciliation to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lease Administration & Compliance
- Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of lease agreements, amendments, renewals and termination.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations for all lease agreements.
- Maintain a secure and organized lease documentation system for audit purposes.
- Maintain detailed records of all leasing transactions and communications.
2. Financial Oversight & Reconciliation
- Validate rent rolls, common area service charges, and other financial obligations.
- Work with Finance, CDC and the Retail management team to ensure correct revenue recognition and compliance with lease accounting standards.
- Resolve financial discrepancies related to lease agreements, escalations, and reconciliations.
3. Digitalization, Lease Systems & Process Optimization
- Support the digitalization implementation and optimization of lease management software.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency.
4. Stakeholder Management & Dispute Resolution
- Serve as the point of contact for lease-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with Legal and Finance teams to resolve complex lease negotiations and compliance issues.
- Provide senior management with insights on risks and opportunities in lease administration.
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor the leasing administration team, ensuring high performance standards.
- Promote continuous learning and development opportunities within the team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment within the leasing administration department.

- Lease Documentation Expertise - Skilled in managing lease agreements, amendments, tenancy renewals, terminations and financial obligations.
- Compliance & Auditing - Strong knowledge of lease auditing, compliance checks, and contract law.
- Lease Accounting - Proficient in managing lease financials, including rental charges, rent rolls, and reconciliation procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in lease administration or property management.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience overseeing lease management and compliance.
