  • Maintain SKU-level forecasts and recommended purchase quantities for Essentials and other replenishment programs for the DTC business, balancing product availability with inventory productivity.
  • Measure and improve forecast accuracy by evaluating forecast performance, identifying sources of variance, and leveraging machine-learning or AI-generated forecasts alongside business judgment to refine demand plans and inventory recommendations.
  • Track inbound receipts and purchase orders for the DTC business, coordinate follow-up with Supply Planning and Production, and escalate risks affecting launch dates, availability, or marketing priorities.
  • Monitor sell-through, weeks of supply, in-stock rates, and product lifecycle performance; identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
  • Analyze inventory across channels and recommend transfers, receipt adjustments, promotional actions, markdowns, and end-of-season strategies to maximize sales and improve company-wide sell-through.
  • Evaluate historical and current performance by category, product, price point, size, and season, including recurring size analysis, to inform future plans and inventory decisions.
  • Prepare recurring business reporting, forecast updates, scenario analyses, and planning materials for review with planning leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with Site Operations and Digital teams to assess product and category performance and support initiatives that improve revenue, conversion, availability, and inventory productivity.
  • Perform analysis and support for the brick and mortar store business as needed.
  • Maintain accurate planning data, document assumptions and decisions, and execute approved inventory actions in a timely manner.

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience using large data sets to build analyses, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to connect quantitative findings to practical business recommendations.
  • High level of accuracy, accountability, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines, respond to changing business needs, and follow through in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
