About the Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Preparing customised reports and data files in accordance with clients’ requested formats
· Performing general scanning and filing duties
· Photocopying and compiling laboratory testing reports
· Entering client and analytical information into the system accurately
· Updating and maintaining client information in the laboratory database
· Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
· Distributing incoming faxes and mail
· Performing other duties related to the position as assigned
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
· Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
· Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
· The ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, management and clients
· Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
Qualifications and Experience
· Form 5 education or above
· A minimum of two years’ clerical work experience
· A science background is preferred
