Looking for consistent regional intermodal freight with strong weekly earnings and frequent home time?

We are hiring experienced CDL-A Company Drivers in Iowa for a dedicated regional intermodal fleet. This position offers consistent lanes, primarily drop-and-hook freight, and routes throughout Iowa and surrounding Midwest states.

Both solo and team drivers are being considered.

PAY & COMPENSATION

• $0.62 per mile
• $20 additional pay per load
• Average $1,400–$1,500 per week
• Consistent dedicated freight

HOME TIME & SCHEDULE

• Home twice per week
• Route structure includes being out approximately 5 days during a 2-week period
• Both day and night shifts
• Weekend work required
• Holiday work as scheduled

THE JOB

• Dedicated regional intermodal operation
• Primary lanes throughout IA, IL, IN, MI and WI
• Main lane runs between Iowa and Illinois
• Intermodal containers and chassis
• Primarily drop-and-hook freight
• Less city traffic
• Consistent lanes
• Drivers must be comfortable operating during Midwest winter weather

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Experienced first-seat CDL-A driver
• Approximately 6–12 months experience required
• Must live within the designated Iowa hiring area
• Must be comfortable with both day and night operations
• Must be available for weekend work
• Must be available for scheduled holiday work
• Must be prepared to operate in winter weather
• Position is subject to leadership approval
• No trainees
• No owner-operators
