Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift and NOC Shift Available. Full-Time
Orchard View Post Acute | Lewiston, Idaho
Pay: Up to $55/hour

We're looking for a caring, steady Registered Nurse to join our day shift team full-time! Monday-Thursday!

At Orchard View Post Acute, you have time to know your patients. You'll help people recover from surgery, illness, or a hospital stay and watch them get stronger week by week. You'll also help long-term residents feel safe, respected, and at home. Your work matters here, and so do you.

What you'll be doing

• Leading resident care on your unit, from assessments to care plans to making sure nothing slips through the cracks
• Giving medications and treatments, including wound care and post-surgical care
• Working with therapists, physicians, and families to help each resident reach their goals
• Supporting and guiding LPNs and CNAs as the clinical leader on your shift
• Keeping clear, accurate documentation in our electronic health record
• Being the calm, reassuring presence residents and families count on

What we're looking for

• Active RN license in Idaho, or the ability to get one
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply!
• A kind heart, good communication, and a team-first attitude
