The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Achieves sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory.
• Be an expert in wound procedures.
• Demonstrated effective use of selling skills and have consistently achieved or exceeded forecast over a sustained period of time. Supports sales conversion and in-service for company products.
• Coordination and Planning: Plans and manages time and resources for effective coverage of territory, communications, and other responsibilities.
• Administration: Maintains and communicates account and prospect information, maintains company resources, and sales support materials.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, or referrals.
• Customer Engagement: Present products/services, demonstrate value, and answer questions via calls, online, or in-person meetings.
• Development: Continuously expected to learn and improve skills relative to the market, products, applications, sales, administrative, and other skills.

Required Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Pharmaceutical Science background; MBA is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, team player, and service-minded.
• Basic knowledge of assigned therapy areas.
• Strong work experience as a Sales Rep of Medical device more than 3 years, with selling AWC products.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with excellent communication
• Computer packages and applications (Microsoft Office, internet, internal systems).
• Workable English language

Work location: Hybrid

Travel: Mostly Domestic
