Job Title: Senior 3D Motion Designer / Product Visualization Artist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior 3D Motion Designer / Product Visualization Artist to create cinematic films, photorealistic imagery, and technical animations that communicate complex industrial technology clearly and effectively. The role involves working closely with leadership and engineering teams to transform technical concepts into compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create premium product renders, cinematic animations, and launch films, including exploded views, cutaways, and technical sequences.
• Convert CAD models, sketches, drawings, and incomplete concepts into polished visuals.
• Manage the entire creative process, from storyboarding to final editing.
• Develop virtual facilities, factory environments, and deployment environments, including construction and commissioning sequences.
• Produce investor, partner, and customer presentation assets, website hero animations, exhibition content, and future-product concepts.
• Collaborate with leadership and engineers to ensure technical accuracy while protecting confidential information.
• Develop product imagery and visual identity based on approved technical information.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic product or industrial stills and animations, with clearly defined personal contributions.
• Excellent skills in lighting, materials, composition, and cinematography.
• Ability to create compelling visuals of technical equipment while maintaining realism.
• Relevant experience in automotive, aerospace, industrial technology, architecture, robotics, energy infrastructure, or premium product visualization.
• Ability to work independently with senior leadership and quickly understand complex technical systems.

Technical Skills and Tools:

• 3D software: Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, or Unreal Engine.
• Rendering tools: Redshift, Octane, V-Ray, or Cycles.
• Post-production: After Effects and DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of CAD imports and 3D model optimization.
• Experience with STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, or Revit is an advantage.

Location Preference:
Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred. Applicants must be able to work in Dubai or relocate.
