You Have:  

• 4+ years of experience writing production-grade applications in a programming language such as Python, Javascript, Rust, or Go
• 2+ years of experience in a frontend framework such as React or Angular
• 1+ years of experience building or maintaining RESTful APIs or software interfaces
• 1+ years of experience designing, configuring, and implementing software systems in production environments 
• Experience with CI/CD tools, including GitLab CI or Jenkins, and source control systems, including Git
• Experience working with Agentic AI solutions
• Experience with Linux systems, networking, and containerization, including Docker or Podman
• Knowledge of federal cybersecurity best practices and standards, secure coding, and compliance requirements
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a CS or Engineering field and 4+ years of experience with software engineering, or 6+ years of experience with software engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience with AWS services and emulation environments, including LocalStack
• Experience with secure on-prem deployments leveraging hypervisors, including ESXi
• Experience integrating with SIEMs, firewalls, or endpoint protection systems
• Knowledge of orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, including on-prem or air-gapped
• TS/SCI clearance
• Security+, Linux+, Kubernetes CKAD, AWS Solutions Architect, or a related Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
