As our Manufacturing Professional (Systems), you will provide support for solving complex technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.
 

As a Manufacturing Professional (Systems) you will be responsible for:
 

• Supporting and developing manufacturing processes that meet product requirements with safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and schedule adherence.
• Creating standard manufacturing procedures and work instructions, and training execution teams (e.g., test maps, assembly instructions)
• Leading assembly and testing qualification processes
• Monitoring and controlling manufacturing hours, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions when needed
• Preparing scopes of work and coordinating with suppliers for quotations, problem-solving, visits, and project-related needs
• Leading Capex projects and preparing documentation across all stages

Fuel your passion
 

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Have technical certification + proven experience in subsea equipment manufacturing operations; OR engineering bachelor’s degree in progress or completed + proven exposure to subsea equipment manufacturing operations.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly operations
• Have knowledge of assembly and pressure testing processes (hydrostatic, gas, integrity, sealing, functional tests, flushing, etc.).
• Have advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
