Description
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven individual who is resourceful to drive enrolments for our AI Digital Retail and Marketing Automation courses, Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Degree programmes in Fashion related discipline.
This is not an order-taking role. You will actively generate, nurture and close individual student leads through consultative selling, outbound prospecting and pipeline management.

Core Responsibilities:

- Proactively generate and qualify new leads via outbound calls, WhatsApp, email and social outreach
- Convert enquiries into enrolments through consultative education sales
- Advise prospective students on career pathways in AI digital retail, fashion business and marketing automation
- Conduct course briefings (virtual and in-person)
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, events and lead activation strategies
- Follow up consistently and professionally to close sales cycles efficiently
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills:
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent)
- Strong digital literacy (WhatsApp Business, email marketing, LinkedIn)
- Understanding of AI, digital marketing, retail or fashion industry trends is a must
Soft Skills:
- Hunter mindset with strong closing ability
- Confident communicator with consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- High resilience and follow-through discipline
- Strong relationship-building capability
- Professional and ethical approach aligned with private education compliance standards
Education & Experience:
- GCE O-Level and above
- At least 2 years of proven B2C sales experience (education sales preferred)
- Track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Experience selling short courses, professional certifications or private education programmes is highly advantageous
