Target Range:

$70,304/Yr. - $72,500/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Second-line risk analyst supporting enterprise risk management oversight for Axos Bank. Responsible for identifying and assessing key risks and related controls across the Bank related to Vendor Risk.

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team works to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, which enables the bank to operate successfully and to continue the bank’s growth and innovation in a highly regulated environment. ERM focuses on the process of identification, analysis, and mitigation of the risks of doing business. The ERM division is a small, nimble group of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) that provides sound guidance to Business Units in support of the Unit’s growth and innovation objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Help enhance and enforce operational and third-party risk management framework and governance
• Conduct risk assessments and due diligence processes for new and existing third-parties.
• Work with various stakeholders to address risk-related inquiries and ensure proper risk mitigation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive them to completion
• Comfortable working in a team environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelors

• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.  Third Party Risk Management experience within a Banking or Financial institution preferred.

• Strong analytical skills, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and proficiency in database and spreadsheet software

• Experience with Compliance Risk or Information Security Risk is preferred.
