As a <strong>Lead Installer</strong>, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently.</p><hr><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead a small installation team, ensuring work is completed to spec, on time, and with a focus on safety</p></li><li><p>Train and mentor junior installers on proper techniques and safety practices</p></li><li><p>Communicate directly with on-site customer contacts regarding project requirements and progress</p></li><li><p>Review safety plans and procedures; enforce the use of fall protection and other jobsite safety measures</p></li><li><p>Perform sign installations and repairs in various outdoor conditions and at various heights</p></li><li><p>Maintain professionalism and a customer-first attitude at all times</p></li></ul><p><strong>Key Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proven leadership and training ability in a field or technical role</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and customer service skills</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of safety practices, especially regarding fall protection (working at heights over 6 feet)</p></li><li><p>Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints</p></li><li><p>Basic electrical knowledge</p></li><li><p>Mechanical aptitude and skilled use of hand/power tool</p><ul><li><p>Dig footings using manual or powered methods</p></li><li><p>Operate cranes, lifts, and other heavy equipment</p></li><li><p><span style="text-align: -webkit-match-parent;">Valid driver’s license and ability to operate Class C non-CDL trucks</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><span style="text-align: -webkit-match-parent;">Stick weld</span></p></li><li><span style="text-align: -webkit-match-parent;">Willingness to work in all weather conditions and off-hours as needed</span></li><li><span style="text-align: -webkit-match-parent;">Self-motivated and dependable with minimal supervision</span></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>2+ years of sign industry, installation, or service experience</p></li><li><p>Crane certification</p></li><li><p>Welding certification</p></li><li><p>Electrical certification</p></li></ul><p> </p>
