We are now looking for a Security Master to join and strengthen our Security team that focuses on Platform Development for both on premise as well as cloud deployments!
What you will do:
- Drive security competence across teams and continuously improve the security posture of products, solutions, and services.
- Support the development of secure software, including data privacy practices, and lead activities that strengthen product security.
- Lead security activities during feature development, including:
o Security risk assessments
o Privacy impact assessments
o Secure code reviews
- Act as the security point of contact and drive security governance with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure appropriate mechanisms and tests are applied to identified risk areas, and that weaknesses are captured and addressed early in the design phase.
- Analyze security policies, standards, benchmarks, and related documentation.
- Provide solutions that are compliant, secure, effective, cost-conscious, simple, and elegant.
The skills you bring:
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in collaborative environments and can lead effectively across multinational, multi-site, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor or master’s degree within IT/Network/Information/Cyber Security or similar.
- Experience with modern software development practices and technologies, including Java/J2EE, Gradle, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and Oracle Database.
- Good understanding of product security principles and practices.
- Basic understanding of security standards and best practices, such as ISO/IEC 27001, the NIST SP 800 series, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI DSS, OWASP Top 10, 3GPP SECAM and NESAS, and secure software development lifecycle practices.
- Solid understanding of development practices, including architectural design, coding, and verification.
- Basic knowledge of security tools and testing methodologies.
- A proactive mindset, with strong commitment, ownership, and the ability to empower others.
- Experience contributing to standardized ways of working and continuous improvement.
- Confidence in making risk-based security decisions while balancing stakeholder interests and risk profiles.
- Experience with information security in mobile financial services and/or financial services is a strong advantage.
