Call Representative (Spanish-English Bilingual)

The Call Representative plays a vital role in supporting patients by providing compassionate service over the phone. In this role, you will answer patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and help ensure patients can access the care and services they need. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer patient calls and provide friendly, professional support

• Schedule and manage patient appointments

• Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism

• Accurately document information in electronic health records

• Collaborate with clinic staff to support patient care

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and phone communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
