Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri 7.30am to 4pm

What you'll be doing:
- Manage daily site operations, including risk assessments, safety briefings and compliance with RAMS.
- Check plant, equipment and fuel use; report defects and maintain stock levels.
- Promote a positive health and safety culture and report concerns appropriately.
- Coordinate waste collections, segregation, storage, inspections and documentation.
- Deliver toolbox talks, maintain training records and support audit and reporting requirements.
- Act as the main site contact for waste queries, supporting stakeholders, service improvements and the Contract Manager.
What we're looking for:
- IT literate, with the ability to use Google software confidently.
- Experience of waste management and relevant legislation.
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
- Knowledge of permits to work, risk assessments and method statements.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to ongoing learning.
- FLT licence: B1 counterbalance, up to 5 tonnes.
- Valid van driver competency.
