Description
Leidos is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Trade Show & Tour Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of trade shows, customer engagements, executive visits, and facility tours that advance brand visibility, business development objectives, and customer relationships.
This role contributes to the successful execution of events ranging from local engagements and customer demonstrations to large-scale trade shows and strategic executive tours. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, event logistics experience, stakeholder coordination expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a professional and consistent experience for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Show Planning & Execution
· Lead the planning and execution of select trade shows and events aligned with Leidos brand, growth strategy, and business priorities.
· Coordinate event tasks and timelines to help deliver high-quality, consistent, and professional experiences across key touchpoints.
· Support the event lifecycle, including planning, logistics, onsite support, and post-event follow-up.
Tour Planning & Customer Engagement
· Coordinate customer, partner, government, and executive tours at Leidos facilities and demonstration environments.
· Develop an understanding of the end-to-end tour planning and execution process to ensure successful visitor experiences and alignment with business objectives.
· Provide onsite support during periods of high tour activity, including concurrent tours, large-scale visits, executive engagements, and peak demand periods.
· Serve as a backup to Tour Coordinators during absences, ensuring continuity of operations and seamless visitor experiences.
Program & Logistics Coordination
· Coordinate trade show logistics, including booth materials, budgeting and payments, shipping, graphics production, registration support, visitor management, schedules, vendor coordination, sponsorships and equipment needs.
· Coordinate tour and VIP visit logistics including visitor scheduling, agendas, facility access, stakeholder participation, transportation, conference room reservations, reserved parking, catering, photography, audiovisual requirements, and other visitor support services.
· Monitor timelines, action items, and deliverables to support on-time and on-budget execution of assigned trade shows and tours.
Marketing & Communications Support
· Partner with marketing and communications teams to support trade show and tour materials that highlight Leidos solutions and align with brand messaging.
· Help maintain consistency and organizational alignment of messaging, graphics, collateral, presentations, and other materials across event and tour platforms.
Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
· Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and external partners.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, marketing, communications, operations, facilities, technical teams, security, and leadership teams to support alignment, issue resolution, and successful delivery.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
· Track and organize trade show and tour performance information, including attendance, tour activity, engagement metrics, customer feedback, lead-generation inputs, and follow-up actions.
· Maintain event and tour planning documentation, schedules, inventories, and operational processes.
Qualifications:
To be effective in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience supporting communications, marketing, events, trade shows, customer engagement programs, tours, or related initiatives; OR Master's degree with 2+ years of experience. Associate's degree with 6+ years, OR High School diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience may be considered.
· Experience coordinating or supporting trade shows, events, customer visits, executive engagements, tours, marketing, communications, or related initiatives.
· Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
· Experience coordinating logistics, schedules, vendors, facilities, and stakeholder communications.
· Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and external partners.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and customer service excellence.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience supporting customer-facing tours, executive visits, demonstration environments, or briefing center operations.
· Experience working with government, defense, aerospace, technology, or engineering-focused events and customer engagements.
· Familiarity with event analytics, CRM platforms, and lead management processes.
· Ability to travel periodically to support trade shows, events, and customer tours.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
