IE University's Graduate Admissions is looking for a Manager to join its team!The Business School Young Professional Portfolio Manager will be responsible for the commercial development and overall management of a portfolio of programs. The role covers the full candidate journey, from lead generation and initial engagement through admission and enrollment, with a strong focus on candidate conversion, commercial performance, and achievement of recruitment targets.

Responsibilities
Your role as a Manager will involve:- Develop and implement the annual commercial plan for the program portfolio, ensuring alignment with recruitment and enrollment objectives.
- Manage the candidate pipeline throughout the admissions process, providing personalized follow-up and maintaining a high level of candidate engagement.
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective candidates into enrolled students.
- Monitor commercial performance against established targets and KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Analyze recruitment and conversion data to support commercial decisions and improve portfolio performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and lead information within the CRM system.
- Create and monitor reports and dashboards using Power BI and other relevant tools.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns, commercial activities, information sessions, and candidate events.
- Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, Academic, and other internal teams to ensure a consistent and effective candidate experience.
- Coordinate with academic stakeholders to maintain an in-depth understanding of the programs and communicate their value proposition effectively.
- Provide regular performance updates and commercial recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, strengthen conversion rates, and support the continued growth of the portfolio.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree and postgraduate qualification required
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in sales, business development, admissions, recruitment, or portfolio management.
- Proven experience managing commercial pipelines, conversion processes, targets, and KPIs.
- Strong commercial orientation and ability to build trusted relationships with prospective candidates.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and managing data accurately throughout the commercial funnel.
- Proficiency in Power BI and confidence using digital tools to analyze data and monitor performance.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency, at C1 level or equivalent. Additional languages would be an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and work in a dynamic, international environment.
