Help businesses around the world grow online!
We're looking for English-speaking Customer Care Advisors to support small and medium businesses that advertise on one of the world's biggest social media platforms. You'll be the friendly expert who helps them succeed.
Your role
Support business clients via chat, email and phone
Help them set up and improve their online advertising
Solve questions quickly, with empathy and a positive attitude
What you need
English at C1 level or higher
A natural talent for helping people
Customer service experience (a big plus)
Availability for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (40h/week)
Living in Lisbon or nearby, with the right to work in Portugal
