Data Receipt Technician

Job Overview

Verify queries identified by ECG analysis system and take action by raising them to site or closing them as Self-evident corrections. Close queries in the database as per site resolution. This role will also be responsible for providing requested information from ECG receiving servers for data reconciliation purposes. Raise data clarification form on request. Mentor junior staff.

Essential Functions

• Data Receipt technician / CT role

• •Create the Escribe custom ID and add study on Data receiving server and create applicable set-up to receive data

• •Responsible to receive ECGs and check system identified queries for ECGs on storage and analysis platform.

• •Verify demographic details and try to correct database as per self evident correction guidelines.

• •Raise data clarification forms if any mismatch in the received ECG.

• •Work on TEST ECG validation for device agnostic platform site, so that site can send ECGs using site owned device, and maintain tracker for this activity.

• •Conduct enrollment of the patient in analysis database.

• •Maintain trackers as and when required for a study.

• •Conduct quality control of resolved queries and unprocessed data on a daily basis.

• •Help data manager in reconciliation process by verifying source data.

• •Train and mentor junior Data Receipt Team staff.

• •Coordinate with Project Management, Data Management and Operations within Connected Devices to ensure smooth functioning.

• Data Receipt technician / QMC (Query Management Coordinator role)

• •Receive DCF response from study site for studies on different platforms at Connected Devices.

• •Upload DCF response in database as applicable.

• •Resolve DCF and process ECGs for analysis or store them as per study requirement.

• •Raise DCF to site for queries raised manually outside database.

• •Create tracker for DCF responses as applicable.

• •Send reminder to site via e-mails as required.

• Data Receipt technician / Site enrollment / Site qualification

• Site enrollment coordinator

• •Receive request from study PM to create site for clinical trial at connected devices

• •Creates sites as required in appliable systems like data receiving server, analysis database, shipment database etc

• •Provides confirmation to PM and assigns cart# for ELI devices.

• Site qualification coordinator

• •Prepares Site Qualification form (SQF) for applicable platforms and send to study PM

• •Receive SQF from sites and updates the information on shipment database, which helps device selection process

• •Tracks SQF till study remains active in IQVIA database

• Data Receipt technician / ECG allocator

• •Ensure ECG analysis is completed through all levels within study specific turnaround time (TAT).

• •Allocate ECGs for analysis at all levels i.e., Primary Analyst, Internist and Cardiologist and track the completion within stipulated time frame.

• •Perform SDV and maintain the Cumulative Study Specific SDV Logs.

• •Allocate data and maintain tracker for remote monitoring process across service lines as applicable.

• •Resend ECG reports as per request received for a study from site/client.

• •Send Holter reports within applicable study specific turn around time (TAT).

• •Generate pre-printed airway bill from courier vendor website and share with help desk upon request.

• •Dispatch original ECG tracings back to site.

• Data Receipt technician / Archival coordinator

• •Keep a track of studies that need archival post 15 year Database lock tenure completion.

• •Coordinate with stake holders to upload department specific documents/files for Archival

• •Ensure that all stake holders have uploaded on predefined folders.

• •Raise ticket to IT for data archival and follow till completion

• Raise request to Archive Database (QECG Build) data upon 5-year completion of Database lock using script data.

• •Raise request to IT for retrieval upon sponsor request.

• •Coordinate with PM or leads for data destruction upon 15 year completion.

• •Take approval from sponsor for data destruction by providing template with study details.

• •Track physical data files for old studies with vendor and raise invoice and retrieve files as required

• Data Receipt technician / Metrics Champion

• •Prepare metrics in predefined format and share with sponsor as per agreement

• Metrics provides insight on CD performance and site performance

Qualifications

• Other Graduate in any field Pref

• Experience of working on excel and using Microsoft office or equivalent combination of education, training and certification

• Ability to use Microsoft office (Excel,Word.Powerpoint etc)

• Ability to understand the quality of the ECG
