Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Snagger to join a busy new-build housing project. The role will involve carrying out snagging, finishing and remedial works on newly built homes ahead of handover, ensuring each property is completed to a high standard.
The successful candidate will have a strong all-round trade background with previous experience working as a snagger on residential new-build projects. Duties will include identifying and rectifying defects, general maintenance and repairs, finishing works and assisting with any additional tasks required to bring homes to handover standard.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Snagger on residential new-build projects
- Good all-round trade and maintenance skills
- Strong attention to detail and high standard of workmanship
- Ability to identify and rectify defects efficiently
- Valid Safe Pass
- Valid Manual Handling
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
- Good knowledge of residential finishing and handover standards
