Maintenance Intern

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
 

Support the team or department by executing various administrative tasks as assigned and as per operating procedures or clearly established processes

Responsibilities:

• Receive, classify, consolidate, and/or summarise documents and information
• Maintains records of processed documents and files
• Compile various regular checks and reports in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Maintain office supplies, stationary or other material
• Coordinate logistics for events, ordering supplies
• Handle paperwork, receipts, or bills
• Make use of relevant systems or software in accordance with detailed instructions and well-established processes.
• Operate the ERP IFS, issue the Purchase Requisition, Work Order

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Must be studying Electrical or Mechanical Technician (1st and 2nd year)

Languages:

Portuguese (native)

English (intermediate)

 

Desirable skills:

Knowledge in Microsoft Office;
Advanced Excel
