Compensation Opportunities

Compensation varies by position, level of experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic location. Current starting base compensation for Columbus-area opportunities includes:

• Automotive General Service Technician: $16.37–$23.02/hr
• Automotive Repair Technician C: $20.53–$31.94/hr flat rate
• Automotive Repair Technician B: $23.46–$32.95/hr flat rate
• Automotive Repair Technician A: $26.30–$36.92/hr flat rate
• Automotive Service Advisor: Starting at $21.50/hr
• Assistant Manager, Car Care: $51,287–$71,992/yr
• Manager, Car Care: $69,370–$101,058/yr

Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
