Partnership Success Associate

Are you energized by bringing precision, organization, and disciplined execution to complex work? As a Partnership Success Associate, you will serve as the portfolio operations and production engine for a team that works with leading business and philanthropic partners. You will ensure the details, data, materials, and recurring workflows behind donor engagement are accurate, organized, prepared early, and completed consistently. 

Working closely with Partnership Success Managers and Partnership Advisors, you will own the day-to-day ‘do/build/update’ layer of portfolio work — from Salesforce hygiene and financial tracking to meeting materials, stewardship production, visit preparation, recurring communications, and task management. Your work will help the team deliver a high-quality partner experience while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks because of administrative or production gaps.
