- 401(k) with company match [add match percentage]
- Paid time off [add number of days] and paid holidays
- Birthday bonus holiday
- Wellness, education, and technology reimbursement programs
- Professional development and training
- Employee recognition programs
- A supportive, inclusive work environment
What You’ll Do
- Deliver excellent hospitality to every owner and guest.
- Follow through on owner and guest requests and concerns promptly.
- Work proactively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
- Help owners solve problems and suggest updates or improvements to their rental properties.
- Support other departments and Rental team members as needed.
- Purchase supplies and items for rental homes as needed.
- Attend the Realtors Property Management meeting and other required meetings and training events.
- Switch between very different tasks while meeting deadlines and set timeframes.
What We’re Looking For
- Active North Carolina Real Estate Broker License
- Experience in property management, vacation rentals, or hospitality (all customer service experience will be considered)
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and property management software (Streamline preferred)
- Professional demeanor and commitment to outstanding customer service
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
- Local residency, or willingness to live near the Outer Banks
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
