Heartline Staffing is hiring an Orthopedic Physical Therapist in Dubuque, Iowa.

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
• Full-time preferred, 4–5 days per week
• Some flexibility available for the right candidate
• Occasional evening or weekend community events
• Approximately 7–8 patients per day in one-on-one sessions
• On-site, cash-based outpatient practice

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and lead the orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation service line
• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based orthopedic techniques, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and return-to-activity programming
• Help establish clinical protocols and best practices for regenerative therapies, including shockwave treatment, while contributing to future program growth
• Mentor support staff and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• Build relationships within the community through educational events, networking, and referral development
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation with minimal administrative burden

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree REQUIRED
• Current Iowa Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure REQUIRED
• 3 years of experience REQUIRED
• Experience treating orthopedic conditions, with confidence in return-to-activity or return-to-sport rehabilitation REQUIRED
• Interest in regenerative therapies such as shockwave treatment; training will be provided
• Strong orthopedic background and enjoyment treating active adults
• Desire to take ownership of a program, lead, collaborate, and keep learning
