What You'll Do

As a Weekend Caregiver with Choice Personal Care, you'll provide non-medical support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes. Depending on each client's needs, you may:

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• Prepare meals and provide eating assistance when needed
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a comfortable home environment
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship, conversation, and engaging activities
• Assist with recreation and social activities
• Provide transportation to appointments or errands as assigned
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition or needs
• Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate support to clients and their families

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience to be a great caregiver. We're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others.

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
• Training available for individuals new to caregiving
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening
• Dependable, patient, and comfortable working independently
• Able to treat every client and family with kindness, dignity, and respect
• Available to work weekend shifts

Weekend Scheduling Opportunities

Work weekends with a schedule that fits your life! We offer flexible weekend scheduling opportunities throughout the Monterey area, including:

• Morning/Day Shifts
• Evening Shifts
• Overnight Shifts
• 4–12 Hour Shifts
• Saturday and/or Sunday Availability
