Labeling Coordinator

The SAP Labeling Coordinator & Analyst manages product labeling, technical documentation, and system data for high-performance Medical Device components and finished goods. Working closely with Quality, Engineering, and external vendors, this role utilizes Design tools, software like Canva, and advanced spreadsheets in Excel to ensure regulatory compliance across all product lines.

Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as the primary lead for label changes, working alongside Engineering to release label drawings and managing digital templates across systems like Canva and specialized Design platforms.
• Maintain accurate database content in Excel and execute change control processes within the Quality department for all Medical Device labels and IFUs.
• Coordinate with translation and print vendors while ensuring all project files, SAP ERP Labeling data, and customer specifications meet strict compliance standards.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations and plant personnel.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience: 4+ years in Medical Device documentation, label management, or regulatory coordination within a Quality or manufacturing setting.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with labeling software, Design tools (including Canva), intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills, and a strong background supporting Engineering teams.
• Systems: Hands-on working knowledge of ERP platforms, with direct experience handling SAP ERP Labeling workflows highly preferred.
