We’re looking for an outgoing, high-energy Bourbon Street Host to join one of our fast-paced Bourbon Street concepts. This isn’t your traditional Host position — you’ll be out front, engaging with people, creating excitement, and encouraging guests to stop in for frozen daiquiris, pizza, and the Bourbon Street experience.

If you enjoy meeting new people, thrive in a high-energy environment, and know how to bring positive energy to a crowd, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Engage with pedestrians and potential guests in a friendly, energetic way
• Welcome guests and encourage them to come inside and check out what we have to offer
• Promote our frozen daiquiris, pizza, specials, events, and current promotions
• Use promotional signs, props, souvenir cups, and other approved marketing materials to attract guest attention
• Create an upbeat and engaging presence through conversation, movement, and approved promotional activities
• Help generate excitement and drive guest traffic into the location
• Monitor guest flow and communicate with management regarding crowd activity and opportunities
• Keep promotional materials and assigned work areas clean and organized
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Follow all company safety, alcohol service, and operating procedures
• Communicate guest concerns, security issues, or safety hazards to management immediately

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, energetic, and personable
• Comfortable approaching and interacting with a wide variety of people
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills
• Confident working in a busy, high-energy environment
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Hospitality, customer service, sales, promotional, or entertainment experience is a plus, but not required
• Availability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, holidays, festivals, and other high-volume periods

What We Offer

• $15/hour + Tips
• Weekly Pay
• Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
• Short-Term Disability
• Employee Meal Discounts
• A fun, fast-paced work environment in the heart of Bourbon Street

What to Expect

This is a street-facing position in the heart of Bourbon Street. You’ll spend extended periods standing and walking outdoors while working around crowds, loud music, and changing weather conditions.

You should be comfortable approaching guests, maintaining an energetic presence, and representing the business in a positive and professional way throughout your shift.
