How will you contribute to our magical experience?  

The Supervisor, Licensing Superserve will be responsible for managing a portfolio of licensed businesses across Apparel, Footwear, Accessories and Home categories in Mexico. This role will drive business growth through the development and strengthening of some of our key direct-to-retail agreements, ensuring the successful execution of product strategies aligned with franchise priorities and market opportunities.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial skills, retail expertise, product development experience and a deep understanding of the Mexican consumer and retail landscape.

 


The Supervisor, Licensing Superserve will be responsible for: 

  • Manage and grow the Softlines business across Apparel, Footwear, and Home categories.
  • Develop and execute category growth plans aligned with business objectives, consumer needs and franchise strategies.
  • Identify new product opportunities, drive innovation and expand distribution.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, retail trends, consumer insights and competitive activity to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Lead regular business reviews with partners, including performance tracking, forecasts and action plans. Track and report key business KPIs including retail sales, royalty revenue, distribution, market share and franchise performance.
  • Drive product development discussions, ensuring assortments meet brand standards, consumer needs and retailer expectations.
  • Support retail sell-in initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Product Design, Marketing, Brand Commercialization and other account managers to deliver integrated business plans.
  • Ensure timely execution of approved product launches and seasonal initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Mexican retail environment and evolving consumer trends.

 

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in retail, merchandising or category management.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising or related field.
  • Advanced level in English.
  • Knowledge of the Mexican retail landscape, including department stores, specialty retailers, value channels and e-commerce.
  • Strong negotiation, partnering, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven understanding of product development processes and line planning.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience managing sales performance, forecasts, business KPIs, conducting business reviews, and developing action plans based on results.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively communicate business performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to internal leadership, licensees, and retail partners.
  • Experience working with licensed consumer products or branded merchandise and developing licensed product lines within Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, or Home categories is a plus.
