The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will oversee the day-to-day operations of the financial planning team to provide analytical support to all internal operating departments. The ideal candidate will develop financial and business operating plans and capital expenditure plans that are consistent with the overall strategic positioning of the property.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum five years of analytical operations experience in a casino gaming environment
- Ability to pull and analyze data using Access, Tableau, and SQL
- Advanced excel skills, including knowledge of pivot tables, vlookup, and building dashboards
Salary Range: Starting at $150,000 plus bonus
