Description
Property Marketing Specialist
Location: New Orleans, LA
Classification: Full-Time, In-Person
Reports to: Director of Operations
What we need:
Someone who works fast, wants to get better every day, and wants to make the company better and faster along with them. You'll produce our property marketing: photos, drone footage, brochures, offering memorandums, and listings. You'll also help shape what that work looks like as we continuously evaluate our marketing designs and quality.
You have a good eye for visual detail, especially when it comes to photos and design. You can shoot and edit pictures, and you’re excited by the idea of flying a drone (or already know how.) However, this isn’t a graphic design job. Most of the work is producing property marketing quickly and accurately from our templates and marking up photos and aerials (property lines, labels, nearby businesses), not creating original artwork. It also doesn’t include social media.
You use AI every day, and you know how these tools work. We use them every day across the company, and we want someone who will push us further with them.
We want someone who solves their own problems. You can take direction, but you don’t need it to get moving. When you see a gap or a better way to do something, you make the change. You’re reliable, focused, and take pride in doing your work quickly and accurately. You keep track of your own deadlines and let people know early if one is at risk.
Who we are:

We're building a firm that competes with anyone in the country by out-working and out-knowing every market we touch. If you want to be part of a growing team that values excellence, precision, and real results, you’ll love it here.
A few things we really think you should have:
