About The Team

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Performance Marketing Manager to drive Joybuy’s organic and digital acquisition growth in the UK.

SEO will be the core focus of the role, alongside Affiliate Marketing and Paid Media. You will own the local SEO strategy while working closely with central teams on paid acquisition, bringing strong UK market expertise and ensuring our investment drives sustainable traffic and commercial growth.

What You Will Do

• Own and execute the SEO strategy, covering content strategy, keyword planning, on-page optimization.
• Identify search trends, content gaps and category opportunities to grow organic visibility, qualified traffic and conversion.
• Own local Affiliate Marketing developing publisher partnerships and optimizing traffic, revenue and ROI.
• Manage performance marketing budgets and allocate investment based on performance and business priorities.
• Partner with central Paid Media teams across Google, Meta, TikTok and other channels, bringing local insights and optimization opportunities.
• Track performance across channels and translate data into actionable growth recommendations.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, Performance Marketing or Digital Acquisition, ideally within e-commerce or marketplace businesses.
• Strong SEO expertise is essential, with proven ownership of content and keyword strategy alongside solid technical SEO knowledge. Demonstrated ability to translate SEO strategy into measurable organic traffic and commercial growth.
• Solid understanding of Paid Media; hands-on experience with Google, Meta or TikTok is a plus.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, including publisher management and performance optimization, would be a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and budget management capabilities.
• Good understanding of the UK digital landscape and customer search behaviour.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with local and central teams.
• Fluent English required; working proficiency in Mandarin would be a plus
