Description
- Production Management
- Ensure all testing processes run smoothly during the night shift
- Monitor production targets(Output、OTD、Cycle Time、WIP)
- Quickly respond to downtime、abnormal test results and equipment issues - People Management
- Manage attendance, break schedules, overtime, training & skills
- Maintain discipline and ensure proper workplace behaviors
- Conduct timely/regular performance review and feedback - Quality Assurance & Control
- Ensure all product/process meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Monitor test yield、e-NC、QA fail
- Coordinate with QA/engineering teams for issue escalation - Equipment & Maintenance Coordination
- Oversee operation of test/pack machines
- Coordinate with SAE for immediate troubleshooting
- Minimize equipment downtime - Safety & Compliance
- Oversee operation of test/pack machines

- Minimize equipment downtime - Communication & Escalation
- Act as the first point of contact for emergencies during night shift
- Conduct detailed handover with day shift production manager
- Escalate major problems to senior management or engineering teams
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- At least 10 years of production/manufacturing experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in English communication with foreign employees.
