Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands effective communication with various stakeholders to manage their expectations, address any arising issues, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, requiring coordination across teams and adapting to evolving project needs to drive overall success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead coordination efforts to align project activities with strategic goals.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to enhance project efficiency.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition.
- Strong capability in managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Experience in coordinating multiple teams and managing dependencies.
- Skilled in tracking project progress and reporting status to leadership.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Transition.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
