A Day in the Life
Key responsibilities include:
· Maximize the access and biz both for new launches and in-line products for assigned therapeutic areas and in strict adherence to the company’s strategy guidelines and policy restrictions.
- Understand market access policy and HE/HTA needs of different business units.
- Lead the value proposition and dossier developments to match the market access strategies
- Identify the data gap and evaluate the therapy/product related research findings, and develop HE/HTA plans, especially for innovative medical device & technologies.
- Cooperate with hospitals, academic institutions, gov. agencies and HE expert teams to co-create and conduct RWE studies, MAIC analysis, cost-effectiveness or hospital budget impact analysis etc., and implement project management in the whole process
- Policy shaping on reimbursement value assessment and HTA; work closely with Internal functions to identify external stakeholders & keep sufficient communication
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- 5-7 years’ commercial or market access in pharmaceutical, medical device industry or related consulting firms, public health related experience is preferred; including 3-4 years’ work experience in hospital RWE generation and HE/HTA projects
- Bachelor’s Degree above in Healthcare/Health Economics discipline;
- Good sense of market access, pricing and reimbursement landscape and policy environment, have experience in marketing, strategic marketing, market access planning, pricing, policy analysis to strategy imperatives, cost effective/budget impact analysis, value proposition development, dossier preparation, market research in pricing and marketing;
- Leadership and collaborative skills, mature in communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact with the multi levels of cross-function teams
- Logical thinking in prioritization and analytical skills
