The PIP R&D group is looking for PIP/aSiD R&D Researcher
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design, perform, analyze and summarize experiments involving multi-disciplinary knowledge. Share findings with relevant stakeholders.
- Study and optimize physical process parameters and materials set to achieve best in class print quality.
- Working with a diverse group of researchers and engineers helping to solve complex problems.
- Develop and improve quantitative measurement methodologies.
What You Need to be Successful:
- M.Sc./ PhD in Physics/Physical chemistry/Engineering.
- Prior experience (3-5 years) as a researcher / engineer in multidisciplinary environment.
- Proven hands-on background in R&D and development environments — mandatory.
- High technical depth and system understanding in complex, multidisciplinary products — mandatory.
- Strong experience in experimental planning, data analysis, and interpretation in multi-variable systems.
- Leadership abilities, wide perspective, well organized, independent and with can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills both in Hebrew and English.
