Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the design, implementation, governance, and ongoing operations of Microsoft 365 services in a global enterprise environment. The role requires deep expertise across Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Purview, Copilot, and related technologies, with a strong focus on platform design, security, automation, service reliability, and technology modernization

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business needs.

• Provide technical expertise for Exchange Online, Teams, Teams Rooms, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Purview, and Copilot.

• Manage Microsoft Teams interoperability across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related services.

• Administer Exchange Online Protection (EOP), mail flow, transport rules, anti-spam, anti-malware, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC controls.

• Implement and support Microsoft Purview capabilities including DLP, Information Protection, Insider Risk, Compliance, and eDiscovery

• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure Automation, and Power Platform.

• Support implementation of Copilot, AI-powered productivity solutions, workflow automation, and enterprise collaboration agents.

• Perform complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and proactive service improvements.

Must Have

• 9-11 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams in enterprise environments.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform design, administration, governance, security, and service operations.

• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, Teams Rooms, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Purview, and Copilot

• Expertise in Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Defender for Office 365, and enterprise email security solutions.

• Experience with Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, automation frameworks, and Power Platform.

• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and Zero Trust principles.

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 migrations, tenant integrations, and platform modernization initiatives.
