Catholic Health's Home Care team is seeking compassionate, dedicated LPNs to join our interdisciplinary care team. $5,000 Sign on Bonus for Experienced LPNs!
Responsibilities
We are seeking LPNs in Nassau County and Suffolk County for 5x8-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
Additional compensation is offered for visits completed beyond your assigned caseload.
LPN Qualifications:
- LPN License in the state of NY required
- Minimum of one year of recent hands on experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Basic Life Support Certification
