A Chicken Slicer is responsible for preparing, cutting, and portioning fresh chicken products according to company standards. The role ensures food safety, product quality, cleanliness, and excellent customer service within the mall.

Job qualifications:

At least High school graduate.

Knowledgeable of slicing, cutting, de-boning, and portioning whole chickens and chicken parts accurately.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and display of poultry products.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, tools, knives, and slicing equipment.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

Monitor product freshness and remove spoiled or damaged items.
