For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills: 

  • 5+ years of experience as an ATOSS Workforce Management Consultant;
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in ATOSS Workforce Management, with the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize the platform across complex client environments;
  • Proven track record of delivering at least 3 full end-to-end ATOSS implementations, spanning project kick-off through go-live;
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1 Level);
  • Fluency in Portuguese (at least a B2 Level) is a plus;
  • Availability for hybrid model, 1x/week, based in Braga, Coimbra or Lisbon (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
