Role summary:
The Manager, Program Management leads cross-functional initiatives by coordinating activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving accountability to achieve business objectives. The manager provides leadership and development for associates, ensures compliance with company standards, and communicates progress to senior leadership. Focused on delivering measurable results, the team ensures successful adoption of initiatives and supports market success within the Walmart Fulfillment Services network.
What you'll do:
- Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
- Lead and develop associates through mentoring, training, and performance management to build a collaborative team environment.
- Evaluate effectiveness of programs and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage change initiatives by defining processes, assessing readiness, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.
- Oversee process improvements and cross-functional projects to advance business results and customer satisfaction.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Communicate key performance metrics and align strategies across functional units.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
